While you publishing you site, choose the destination of your site then choose the view mode of your Page so that and click next to view your URL (copy your URL), your tags ( Please put many tags your view your site in where you gonna submit then click submit.

How to submit your website?

When you publishing your site, do you copy your URL? If not Please open your Wix account and click “My Account” and click your site below. Click the publish button until you find the URL code and copy. When your copy the URL code paste it to NotePad. Then go to Google or Yahoo but you may Submit your URL faster in Social Marker and copy your URL code again in notepad and type submit URL in search engine. Last put the URL code in submit search engine to finish your submittion and verify your submittion in your email address.
